Breaking Ground for Kingdom Impact: Our Texas Farm Is Officially Underway

Last month, we had the joy of dedicating our new Texas farm to the Lord and officially breaking ground on this exciting new chapter for Sow Hope Farms.

Located at First Baptist Church College Station, this land will become much more than a farm. It will be a place where missionaries, church leaders, and ministry partners can be equipped in Farming God’s Way before taking their knowledge to help communities around the world.

Together, we laid out the gardens, broke ground on the new property, prayed over the land, and dedicated all future harvests to the Lord.

Equipping Missionaries Before They Go

Through hands-on training, participants in this farm will learn practical farming methods that can help grow food, strengthen communities, create sustainable solutions, and open doors to share the hope of Jesus Christ. Farming is strongly tied to life. It not only connects people to God’s creation; it points to the deeper flourishing we were meant for in Christ.

We were especially grateful to share this milestone with Grant Dryden, author and developer of Farming God’s Way; his wife, Nikki; Samuel Robinson; and the friends and ministry partners who joined us in praying over this new farm and the lives it will impact.

Seeds in Texas -> Worldwide Harvest

Our prayer is that God will use this land as a place to instill biblical knowledge and equip His people for generations of Kingdom impact. Those trained here will carry what they learn to communities across the nations, sowing seeds for a life that is rooted firmly in the gospel.

The ground has been broken. The seeds are being planted. And we can’t wait to see what God grows from here.

To God be all the glory!
